Outdoor Conditioning

Here at Europrobasket we like to offer our players less traditional but very fun ways to train for competition. A 30 mile bike ride to natural pools is one of the conditioning workouts we like to offer. We hope you enjoy the video and maybe some day you can join our team and partake in the many different ways we like to train and get ready for tryouts and games.
